Customers who choose either 10 or 20 fitness classes will have access to most classes on the schedule, such as Ultimate Cycle, TRX, kettleball, kickboxing, Zumba, and yoga. Alternatively, the X-Series program includes a before-and-after fitness evaluation, weekly nutrition emails, and unlimited access to both the traditional fitness classes and the high-intensity X-Series classes, including X-Energy, X-Commando, X-Fusion, and X-Plosive.
