Choose Between Two Options

  • $99 for enrollment in the eight-week Blizzard body Challenge, which includes unlimited fitness classes during the eight weeks ($349 value)

A meeting on Saturday, January 11, 2014 kicks off the Blizzard body Challenge, covering the rules, expectations, and the contents of the program's playbook. Over the following eight weeks, participants attend as many fitness classes as they'd like while filling out the nutrition-journal portion of their playbook. They’ll discuss these journals during weekly meetings. During these meetings, coaches will answer questions and measure each person's progress. Registration begins December 1, 2013.

Instructors lead secerial types of fitness lessons: Group X Fitness, a high-intensity cross-training class; Bodiography, a mix of Pilates, yoga, and strength-building exercises; and a sculpt and tone, strength and core development class. They also lead sports training sessions that work to boost an athlete’s performance, flexibility, and resistance to injury without having to blindfold their opponents. Regardless of the program, all clients receive individualized attention specific to their needs.

Megan and Coach are awesome trainers, and they're understanding and motivational. I've never felt judged at Faster, and you'll see men and women of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. The EFX classes are definitely a challenge, though - prepare to sweat!
