About This Deal
Every local community has a story, a history, and a unique personality that cannot be replicated. This is often thanks to specialized, small-scale businesses, like this one, which contribute to a neighborhood’s distinctive character and promote a thriving ecosystem in their community. Small, independent businesses offer diverse products and services, fostering economic resilience by removing the local economy’s dependence on a single industry. When you buy local, you build local, and deepen your connection to your own community.
As a result, patronizing a local business like this is an act of community building. Check out their website to learn more about the local experience you can discover today.

About A Chat with Faces by Kayla
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I am a customer, as well as a provider for these services, so I try to create the experience I that would love, for my clients.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I truly love what I do, and I love having flexibility and accountability. Having my own studio allows me to do what I love, have the flexibility to enjoy my two young kids more, and be accountable for my studios success.
What do you love most about your job?
It's fun! It really is. I love when clients come in and we get to create a look together and chat and get to know one another. My favorite part is when clients become friends though.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
This client came to me after she let a girl do her lashes for her wedding. The poor girl ended up with glue everywhere, lashes stuck together and a sore eye. I corrected the lashes and advised her to see a Dr. She had a cut on her cornea. She cried, thanked and hugged me. Best feeling ever!
