Inside this tranquil environment, the center's holistic-health practitioners offer a host of wellness services. Clients can relax and detoxify with the popular infrared amethyst mat or de-stress during a massage from one of the therapists, who draw on various modalities, including deep-tissue, myofascial release, Thai, and trigger-point therapy. Those massages also come with the option to add energy work, such as chakra-balancing and reiki treatments. Other services focus on psychological wellbeing, as is the case with life-coaching sessions and oracle readings. Firefly Hollow Wellness Center also offers yoga, painting parties, and other ongoing donation based community events.
