Staff is execellent & helpful. Manager was very helpful in sorting out my Groupon when I called over the phone. In-theater staffing is a short, so expect lines, but also once you get to them they are helpful.
This was our first time going and we had a blast!!! I’ve never been to a trampoline park and I had a blast with my kiddos and felt like a kid again. I will say I was sore the next day. 🤣🤣🤣 So it’s a great work out as well!!!
