About Flowmotion Rolfing
Flowmotion Rolfing is led by certified advanced rolfer, Douw Smith. His well-trained hands aim to find and correct imbalances throughout the body, which may be at the root of all manner of aches and pains. The standard Rofling series includes about 10 sessions. As sessions progress, Smith manually manipulates the connective matrix that makes up our muscles and fascia. He assess and painlessly manipulates these tissues while clients sit, stand, and lie down, gradually reprograming the body toward a healthier, more balanced form.
