I came 4 separate occasions. Came Saturday AM they told me the detail person didn't show up come back at 1PM. There was a person that was ahead of me and he was waiting there until person came in at 12.
I came back at 13:30 and was told the person had to leave after they finish the one car.
Came back Friday and they said they are wrapping it up. Came back Sat. I had to act up to get it done.

It was a drive-through car wash, and white and waxed vacuum. I wish they change the cloth more often when they wipe my car and waxed it. The glasses were dirty when I drove out because it has the wax cloth trail. It was a hot day And I had to get back to work so I didn’t feel like addressing it to be corrected.

Service was excellent and my car looked great. Was disappointed that they didn't vacuum the trunk and could tell the passenger seat had not been wiped down. Overall satisfied!

Pretty clean... After full detail, dash and windows where still covered with smudge marks. Exterior chrome looked good! I'll use them again in the future.
