At Get in Shape's boot camp, the enemy is predictability and each class consists of a fresh guerilla ambush's worth of challenges for muscles and minds. During the course of the 45–60-minute session, boot campers will run, jump, slam out push-ups, chase chickens, punch slabs of beef, and end with a live crocodile wrestle. In the heat of the workout, exercisers will sweat out weakness, fear, and monosodium glutamate while beginning to gain the functional, unsurpassed strength of a body in fluid, powerful motion. Times vary depending on the location, but most sessions are in the early morning or evening Monday–Friday and can accommodate about 60 people.
Get in Shape Kids Camp boosts children's endurance, strength, flexibility, and confidence during a series of fun fitness sessions devoid of the unflattering bloomers and drill-sergeant cactus climbs of antiquated gym classes. Designed for youngsters aged 6–17 years old, each class dabbles in fat-melting cardio, muscle-building exercises, agility drills, abdomen work, and a plethora of games to foster healthy competition.
