We were picked up at about 7 AM then picked up others from different resorts and started driving. We stopped after 2.5 hours for restroom and snacks. Got a free lunch at the canyon's visitor center at about 12:30, then we got to spend about 2 hours at two parts of the south rim. We left the canyon at about 4:30 pm and stopped for a quick bite at about 7:45 pm and arrived back in Vegas at about 10:20. Fil is a great driver and your guide but the bus does not have WiFi so use data or download shows if you want. The total ride was about 15 hours.

Torture!! This is a 16 hour bus ride on a bus with no leg room, no water, and limited stops. Fil was awesome, but the Trip itself was just torture!! If you have ever been on a really cramped no leg room airplane, that’s the experience you get here for 16 hrs. Also skip the imax as you won’t have enough time to see it and eat lunch. Really, just rent a car and drive there yourself!!

Expect the bus to be filled to the brim. And if your pickup is in the end, you will be sitting near the toilet. You won't be able to stretch your legs, but they give at least 3 stops before reaching GC and you will not be cramped. But these are expected as we are getting the tickets for such throwaway prices. What is not good are these: 1) The time is not enough. You get to see the GC hardly for 1-2 hours. And there will be a couple of dozen people jostling for a photo space. If you just want to tick GC off your bucket list and get a few pics to show off, then this is an OK deal to take. If you wish to spend time in the breathtaking location that it is, you will be left massively disappointed. 2) Because of this lack of time, the driver will rush you around and will keep you constantly anxious as soon as you step out of the bus. And to prevent the 10 hour a day work rule, the driver will rush to reach his switching point. Not a satisfactory experience. The only way Grayline can avoid this rush is 1) by starting a bit earlier (5.30 am is an OK time to start. 2) reduce the number of pickup stops. 3) reduce the number of break stops before reaching GC. You can have as many as you need while coming back. 4) give an option for people who don't want to spend time in the NGC center. Let them spend more time at Mather point.

So disappointed, I was looking forward to a tour of the Grand Canyon. Our bus driver stated that she does not like to talk. Beyond her control we ran into snow on the way to the canyon, so there was no visibility. But she could have given us a little info on the canyon... nothing other then be back in 30 min.our trip started at 7am 850pm I am still on bus.
