Hershey Harrisburg Wine Country opens the spring season with Sweet Sensations of Spring_. During the three-weekend event, guests have an opportunity to visit 8 wineries, enjoy handcrafted wine samples, and enjoy a discount on the to-go wine as well as a souvenir glass. Participants who visit all of the wineries will have a chance to win the event’s grand prize—a refrigerator stocked to the brim with wine.
