What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our company makes it a point to reach out to "non-traditional" chess students (racial minority, wheelchair bound, female, etc.). We also place a strong emphasis on teaching students how to record, review and preserve their games.
What is the experience customers can expect?
We strive to make learning about chess and studying chess a fun experience.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
In a nutshell, my daughter. I wanted her to participate in a sport that also nurtured her academic skills and a love for learning.
What do you love most about your job?
Teaching young people, and seeing them over time maintain a love for chess and a desire to improve their chess skills and abilities
