During CrossFit classes, trainers design a new Workout of the Day, or WOD, each day based on CrossFit’s philosophy of varied, functional fitness. Customers must have previous CrossFit experience or pass introductory classes to participate in CrossFit classes. Alternately, athletes with no previous CrossFit experience can enroll in boot-camp classes, which also help athletes burn calories and tone their bods.
