What You'll Get
Though using quantum-leaping lasers to divide segments of the space-time continuum would theoretically capture a slice of life, it could make the universe implode. Safely and professionally preserve moments and memories with today's Groupon: for $79, you get a professional photo shoot at King Street Studios or a studio-chosen location within downtown Charleston, plus two 5" x 7" prints and a digital file of your favorite image (a $279 value). Sessions take place Monday–Friday.
With work appearing in Skirt and Charleston Magazine, photographers Todd Surber and Reese Allen blend the sincerity of editorial photography with the art of classic portraiture. Capture the eternal essence of a youth and chronicle the embarrassing hairstyle of tomorrow with a senior portrait shot against a meaningful locale. Candid family moments can live forever after ingesting a dose of light, and businesspeople can secure their most winning smiles on photo paper before donating their teeth to the company's dentistry club. All images receive professional post production, with final products appearing in black and white, color, or the invisible ultraviolet spectrum. Groupon customers may purchase additional prints at a discounted rate.

About King Street Studios
When Todd Surber's parents incorrectly loaded film into their camera on the day of his high-school graduation, they left their son without any pictures to document his achievement. These days, at King Street Studios, Todd ensures that similar special moments are never lost for his clients. He snaps shots of families, weddings, clown troupes, and high-school seniors with a photojournalistic style honed from touring with top rock bands such as Papa Roach. After sessions on location or in Todd’s 1,500-square-foot boutique studio, patrons can choose their most beloved memories in an online proofing gallery of retouched color or black-and-white images. Todd also invites customers to view their canvas portraits in the studio’s projection room so they can see how the pictures will appear when enlarged to their appropriate size.
