About Kowkabany’s Family Martial Arts
Under the instruction of 8th degree senior masters Laura and David Kowkabany, martial arts students develop an arsenal of physical and mental skills to succeed in and out of the studio. At Kowkabany’s Family Martial Arts, Laura and David teach self-defense tactics and guide students through dynamic punches and kicks, while emphasizing the importance of life skills such as self-discipline and focus. The studio is a member of the American Tae Kwon Do Association, offering training programs for adults and youngsters, where kids as young as three can learn the importance of fitness and discipline while building the confidence to stand up to bullies or ask a hardhearted hall monitor to prom.
