  • 1949 is when Luther's first opened its doors and started serving its famous house-made chili: loaded with beef, onions, and poblanos, and topped with cheese.

  • 11 signature burgers include a Hula burger topped with pineapple, roasted poblano pepper, and bacon, and a Chipotle ranch burger with an onion ring garnish.

  • 3:00 in the morning is closing time for the late-night spot, Friday & Saturday. (Sunday-Thursday it shutters at midnight).

  • 11 a.m.– 3 p.m. on Sundays brunch is served. From 3 p.m.–7 p.m., sip some hair of the dog with Luther's famous hangover brunch, complete with food specials, a live DJ, and a bloody mary bar.

  • 4 parking areas help accommodate the late night crowds, including three lots, and parking garage, for which Luther's offers validation.
