The pumpkin selection was so much better then Schnepf Farms! They were constantly restocking fresh pumpkins! Luckily I was there when they were in the process of doing it so I was able to find a couple good ones!

Going to MacDonald Ranch at Halloween time has become a family tradition that we all look forward to. The hay ride, petting zoo and of course picking out our pumpkins are all great fun for the adults and children alike.

The kids really enjoyed it. I was a bit disgusted by the pumpkin patch, which had millions of flies--more so than the horses.

I do enjoy going to this event every year. Something they can do is add dome good trucks or more activities.

About MacDonald's Ranch

There's something timeless about MacDonald's Ranch. Maybe it's that visitors can take a guided horseback ride through the desert or ride a stagecoach. The staff hopes to treat them to a fun ranch experience. They surround them with music, cowboy shows, and seasonal attractions such as the annual pumpkin festival.

MacDonald's Ranch covers 1,300 acres of the scenic Sonoran Desert. Whether on horseback, train, or a hayride, guests can explore the area and view its desert flora, hawks, petrified spurs, and coyotes.
