We had a great time. We are going back for the second part on Friday. If it weren't for the Groupon I would've never known this place existed. It is def fun for something different and you learn a lot about the process of wine making. If you enjoy wine this would def be something worth going to. I have friends that live in Wallington and they didnt know this place was there. But ded a lot of fun =)
We are having a great experience using our Groupon! We have crushed and pressed our grapes! Before we decided for sure which wine we would make, we were able to taste samples of last year's vintage, of the five wines available to choose from. The wines we tasted were all quite good, and we look forward to our case of wine at the end of the process. John, Diann, and John Jr. are very knowledgeable about the wine-making process, and they are welcoming and friendly, as well. This experience definitely is exceeding our expectations, and we would DEFINITELY recommend this venture!
I went there to sample the wine so I could decide which wine I wanted to make. The proprietors help to make everyone comfortable. I started the process last week crushing the grapes. It was fun to learn the different steps of wine making. It's a four or five step process so I'm returning tonight on step 2. Can't wait.
