During Mystery Theatre's shows, a close-knit cast of improvisers thrusts the peanut gallery into the action of a rousing, comedic whodunit. After a suspicious death, fictional investigators team up with audience members for 90 minutes to search for evidence and interview suspects in an interactive and light-hearted atmosphere. Audience members can consult character descriptions beforehand to step into roles, such as hospital staffers in Practical Malpractice (June and July), bounty hunters in Wanted: Dead, or classical Greek gods in Assassin of Athens. Although this is not a seated event, a reservation is still required to witness all murders.
