The oil change was fine but then we were told that brakes needed to be changed because it is metal on metal. For $1200+ they could take care of it in the next 2 hours. Weird because I had just had my car checked in February by the dealership. So I said no and went to the dealer. Guess what? Not needed! Brakes are fine, so... shady practice by Precision! Not good business practice.
I made a reservation for an oil change and free brake inspection. Found out my rear shocks were bad and my filters were very dirty. They took care of everything in no time at all and at a great price. Spencer, thank you for the great customer service!
