What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Providing clients with accurate knowledge about the condition of interior and exterior components at the property. Inform clients of the indoor air quality and potential hazards presented by radon gas, which is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States.

What do you love most about your job? Conveying property condition to the clients, both verbally and within the written report. Educating clients on various ways they can perform maintenance on items at the property to avoid preventable repairs.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? The customer was very pleased with customer service, and the inspectors were very thorough and professional. The home inspection report provided was very detailed with all of the inspector's findings. The customer also had a radon test performed and a level of 13.5 pCli/l was discovered. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommends remediation to be performed at any level of 4.0 pCli/l or higher. The customer was very thankful to have learned about the health hazard.
