He completed a total roof inspection, took over 25 photos, thoroughly explained what was going on with my roof, cleaned my gutters, tightened all loose screws, and left everything spotless. Tech showed up 15 mins early, looked over the property and made several suggestions in applying Mosquito spray around my yard and perimeter. He went around several places 2x to ensure a good delivery to the shrubs. He was here approx 25 mins, waved when he was finished and left. He did mention that I needed to stay out of yard for at least 2 hours in which I complied. happy with the service, glad to see the Mosquitos gone for awhile so I can do yard work in peace.
