What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To help athletes receive a service that I never had access to when growing up, or when competing. I want to help athletes accomplish their potential and learn the proper way to train. This industry is saturated with crooked individuals looking for a quick buck and I am here to offer something real.

What do you love most about your job?
YOU, THE CLIENT! I left corporate to get away from sales, to get away from commercialized settings, and started this business to be able to help my clients by delivering a service full of passion with love and care.
