Lips were nice, but they don't mention that they charge a $50 consultation fee on the voucher anywhere. They try to sell you other products at "Groupon" prices. When I was waiting to pay there were several people waiting in the lobby complaining about the procedure they had done. The Dr. Explained it away saying there was a leak in the syringe and that he would touch them up.

I set up an appointment in march for services, they had to reschedule my appointment for April 2nd, I paid a 50$ deposit to set the appointment and when the receptionist set my appt she used my Groupon code so that it would apply to the appt when I went, I show up for my appt on April 2 at the time it was set and the building was locked and lights were off, so I called and no answer.

I called several times and no answer. Just a recording.

The spa and store are very unique. Great overall experience the girls at desk were great as was the Dr. I would definitely recommend and go back.
