Patrick Jane's Gourmet Pizza Bar
Pizza is no longer an unhealthy, once-in-a-while treat—and Patrick Jane's is living proof of that. Husband and wife team Kevin and Ngiare Hubbard established Patrick Jane's Gourmet Pizza Bar in 2013, inspired largely by their deep passion for the organic and local farm industry. They've since polished pizza's reputation by turning it into a nourishing meal loaded with organic and healthy ingredients. For instance, the Hubbards collect produce from local farms; make their organic sauce from scratch daily; and even travel to the coast to pick up the freshest seafood instead of waiting for clams to knock on their door asking for directions.
Chefs transform the resulting bounty into re-imagined pizzas, including thin-crust pies and limited-time selections made with seasonal ingredients. This diverse pizza menu ranges from asparagus pies topped with fontina cheese and a lemon saffron aioli to the Mexican Mole covered with hormone-free chicken and authentic mole sauce. Diners can enjoy Patrick Jane's creations inside its rustic, modern dining room, all while sipping North Carolina draft craft beers and house-made cocktails.
