Peak Body Transformation is filled with dedicated trainers and encouraging classmates to help students of any fitness level lose weight and develop a healthier lifestyle. The 10-week program helps shed body fat and build lean muscle. The 45-minute classes are held throughout the day, and students attend classes six days a week, alternating between cardio kickboxing, resistance strength training, and piano tossing. Students in the cardio kickboxing class manhandle imaginary assailants with a melody of moves designed to increase agility and core balance, and resistance strength-training sessions help tone and shape bodies into statuesque Davids and Lady Libertys.
