What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Peak Performance SJ brings the benefit of personal training with the camaraderie of group training. The goal is to constantly seek improving, whether that is losing body fat, adding muscle, or regaining mobility.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Clients remain motivated by the consistent progress and learning that occurs each session. Mastery of skills and development of technique ensure clients are always improving, while simultaneously striding towards the goals of each individual.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Peak Performance SJ was founded to break away from the box gym, extremist forms of exercise that are growing in popularity, but sadly not in effectiveness. PPSJ is the answer to those seeking to achieve their fitness goals without compromising their ability to function outside the gym.

What do you love most about your job?
Each and every client I work with leaves with a smile. This is how I can positively affect another individual, and do so to the best of my capabilities.
