There was a 40 min wait for the eye exam despite having an appointment. Also the cost of frame and lenses is pretty expensive and its impossible to get an order placed under $100 after applying the $200 credit.

The younger lady was very nice but the older lady was a bit mean and a little pushy. The Dr. was very knowledgeable . If you are not willing to spend at least $200 plus after the Groupon you might wanna try somewhere else.

The optometrist and eye exam were great. I liked that you can get the back of your eye checked without dilation, and it's included without extra charge like other places. I didn't like any of the frames so I wasn't able to use the complete eyeglasses credit. They were able to order new lenses to replace the old prescription for less than $90 on my current frames. The only downfall was that they scratch very easily. I was told they were high quality lenses with scratch resistance, but I can tell they are not. I only clean my lenses with the appropriate lens cloth and somehow ended up with two scratches right in my line of sight. I went to see if warranty would cover an exchange since it was less than 30 days, but they only have warranty if you buy a complete pair with them. I was told I would have to pay $45 for a replacement lens. FYI also is that they charge 20% cancellation fee on refunds, no refunds on contacts, and no returns on exams. I really would have appreciated a lens replacement since it was less than 30 days, and had been told these were high quality lenses.

About Pearle Vision

Since Dr. Stanley Pearle opened the doors to the first Pearle Vision in 1961, the franchise has expanded to more than 800 stores nationwide. In these stores, optometrists assess the ocular health of patients before onsite opticians help them navigate the assortment of frames from brands such as Versace, Ray-Ban, and DKNY. If they're not in the store, clients can utilize the Try-On tool, uploading a photo to see what they or their dog looks like in different types of glasses. Pearle Vision also helps focus the world with contacts from Acuvue and Biofinity.
