I tried to schedule with them several times, but they never told me which location my appointment was at and then stopped responding entirely despite me following up multiple times. So they might scam you I guess

I never redeemed this Groupon and it is marked redeemed. I am working with Groupon to fix this and get my money back.

This is a total scam! The only way to reach someone is through email. When I emailed to ask for a certain date, they didn’t respond and then marked my Groupon as used. I contacted Groupon customer service and they won’t believe me or look at email until they reach out to the merchant to confirm firm, meaning I will continue to be scammed. Buyer beware, this merchant should be removed from Groupon!

What a SCAM!! FRAUD!!! First they do not have a website and telephone # to make the appt. They want you to EMAIL them to schedule your appt?? Are you serious? They claim to have 3 locations. And those locations are nonexistent or different business companies. The one I had set up via email was a GROCERY store!!! Get this, your VOUCHER # gets confirmed and would redeem it to take your money 😠

FRAUD. I haven’t been able to get in touch with this company. The location in Renton is an apartment building. I never went to get a massage. I got a message stating my voucher was redeemed but I never went. I’m not able to reach them at all.

This is a scam. They verify your voucher after they require you to send it in an email and they have no open locations and you can’t reach them!!!
