A good place to learn the basics of fencing. Our son really enjoyed his lessons there.

About This Deal

Learning to fence requires patience and a steady hand, much like feeding a squirrel an M&M. Hone your skills with this voucher.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $39 for four fencing classes for kids or adults (an $80 value)
  • $59 for eight fencing classes for kids or adults (a $120 value)

The children’s beginner class introduces kids to the sport in a safe setting and focuses on fun games that build basic footwork, blade work, and hand-eye-coordination skills. The adult Introduction to Fencing lessons show how fencing can be used as a dynamic workout by taking students through a series of exercises and drills that emphasize general fitness, coordination, and bouting. Kids’ classes take place Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday afternoons, and adult classes are held on Tuesday and Friday nights. Check out the complete list of classes and times.

About Peninsula Fencing Academy

Brusque commands and sharp criticism never cross the lips of Peninsula Fencing Academy’s head coaches Jay and Chris. They believe that encouragement is always a more effective way to drive students toward their competitive goals. That’s why the entire coaching staff practices positive reinforcement in youth and adult fencing classes for all skill levels. This approach helps coaches teach everything from fundamental footwork and blade work to competitive maneuvers as their students find extra support in peers through bonds of camaraderie and sportsmanship.
