Trainers lead energetic classes from slimming yoga and cardio kickboxing to body-toning TRX, kettlebell, and tabata sessions
PLX Fit Club's trainers try to cater to every kind of exerciser. Those more motivated by a group setting gather at the studio's wood-floored loft space, finding a diverse menu of classes from yoga and tabata to kettlebell classes and contact kickboxing. Traditional gym accoutrements can also be enjoyed, including strength and cardio machines that members can use as they see fit. To keep even individual workouts interesting, trainers cook up and post a Workout of the Day for anyone to follow.
