Small and personable classes. Instructor is very supportive and I felt comfortable in the Intro to Pole 4-week series even though I had no previous experience and am not in the most fit shape.

It's a small studio but luckily a small class. It was fun and I was comfortable with the instructors. They were very positive for first timers.
