I called twice with questions, both times they found and or edited my reservation. Upon arrival they could not find my reservation. They had moved me into a different boat when I called to give my grandparents a little more shade. But when we showed up they said they only had a boat with no top (no shade) because I supposedly didn’t have a reservation. I wouldn’t rent here again.

Zero would be the best option. Boat died on the water, had to be towed, office closed when got to shore, no one to help us. Horrible experience.
