About Power Yoga on Main

Upon entering the studio, the first thing students sense is the warmth. Power Yoga on Main's team of extensively trained yoga instructors leads heated Vinyasa flow classes using the Baptiste Method. The studio’s robust schedule of classes takes place inside the 90-degree studio, which helps students detoxify with cleansing sweat and bodies melt into stretches like unbaked gingerbread people. During class sessions, students of all experience levels–including those with no experience at all–flow through a continuous series of postures. Mindful breathing exercises link each posture in the series, creating a challenging workout that can confer both cardiovascular and strength-training benefits. Invigorating posture transitions hone focus, and students sculpt lean physiques with muscle-strengthening arm balances, inversions, and steel sticky-mat folding.
