What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I wrote “Fat Loss Happens on Monday” for OnTarget Publications, I’ve been featured as a fat loss or kettlebell expert in The Denver Post, USA Today, The Los Angeles Times\, and I’ve been an assistant certification instructor at the RKC kettlebell certification twice.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The workout is realistic and progressive. I meet you where you are at and make sure you get just the right level of workout for you. By combining that with simple nutrition habits, we get clients lean and fit fast. And people are motivated by results.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After doing an internship with Alwyn Cosgrove (the best fat loss trainer in the world) and a year of writing full time (my first hardback book), I was amped to get back to getting people results. I’m using two experimental, cutting edge training methods that no one else in Colorado is using yet.
What do you love most about your job?
My favorite part is when we re-measure, especially at the end of the first month when clients are surprised that they actually lost weight, lost inches, and got leaner! People have tried lots of other things, and are pretty shocked when this works.
