The only gym of its kind in downtown Buffalo, we offer group classes, personal training, chiropractic care, & nutrition counseling. We have over 20 years of experience and our workouts are medically designed to be scaled to meet any client’s needs regardless of age, physical ability or experience.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We give our athletes the personal attention they deserve, you will never be lost in thew crowd or a sea of faces. We develop relationships with our clients and use a variety of tools to motivate and keep our clients in line with their goals!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Working in the fitness industry and health care fields as long as we have been we have seen many people feel unsuccessful and get taken advantage of. We are here to change that by providing knowledge, motivation, and the very best workouts you can get in Buffalo, NY.

What do you love most about your job?
The best part about what we do is getting people to do things that they never thought they could do, whether it is lose 50 pounds, run a marathon, compete in CrossFit, play with their grand kids, climb a mountain. Those are the amazing things we get to be a part of, being on that journey with them
