I really enjoyed my first class here and have already signed up for several more. As a newbie to yoga I am still learning a lot. Stephanie is easy to follow and provides instruction if needed. The studio is also very calming. I loved the meditation at the end.

The class was amazing! As a beginner, the instructor was able to offer modified poses that still accomplished the goal. I will definitely be going back!!
