Customers cycle on their own along the scenic C&O Canal toward the renovated Civil War town of Harpers Ferry in the morning then pile into four- to six-person boats accompanied by guides for an afternoon of rafting through three states and on up to two rivers. An early picnic dinner is provided on the trip. Each person receives a wetsuit or splash top to wear, depending on the season. This Groupon does not include the $5.90 per person user fee. Customers should be relatively fit to participate in rafting and biking.<p>
