What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We saw the need to provide a resource for a comprehensive, honest, competent & caring personal tax service centered on the taxpayer first and foremost. We also wanted to pioneer our new FILE-FROM-ANYWHERE PERSONAL TAX SERVICE. Taxpayers can literally sit at home & work with us to e-file their taxes
What do you love most about your job?
Enjoying a long-term relationship with our client families. We take pride in our 36 years of professionalism and growing our tax family base each year through their continuous referrals. We are doing tax work for our client's grandchildren. Staying current with the ever-changing tax regulations.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
CONSTANT REFERRALS! We have clients that have referred more than 25 prospects to us. Our clients have provided us tips, hugs, thank you cards, baseball tickets, food, drinks, including treats for our Westie (Katie). Mr. Richardson had heart surgery & we received more than 500 concerned responses.
