Ridgewood Karate Academy

Set up by martial arts professionals Steve Smyer and Kevin Del Tejo, this training facility is focused on teaching self-defense programs as well as karate, jiu-jitsu, and kickboxing. Both children, teens, and adults are welcome to join the classes and improve their fitness level together with building up confidence.
