This was my 3rd class. I have gone to a yoga class until about now. I absolutely love it. Not only has it helped me spiritually and mentally and emotionally. My body feel so light and calm after each class. I truly didn’t think it would such a life changing experience, if you haven’t tried you definitely should they offer so many different levels
