When I walked in the roots salon it was great customer service! Krys was very nice and explained everything what was going to happen. She made me feel so comfortable and wasn't rude or mean about me being plus size. This was my very first time getting a Brazilian wax. I will be going back there to get everything done for my styling needs.

Morgan was wonderful. This was my first time getting a Brazilian and she was very knowledgeable and comforting. She tried her best to distract me which was appreciated. Highly reccomend!
