During one-on-one lessons, students can plumb the depths of their yogi's knowledge. Sessions can focus on any number of areas, including understanding yogic philosophy, using yoga to overcome injury, or just mastering a particularly difficult asana. Private lessons can also close out with ten minutes of meditation or deep relaxation at your behest.
Parties, on the other hand, are tailored to your specific group of folks. The 2,000 square foot studio is ideal for hosting bachelorette parties, workshops, or work retreats.
Salt Lake Power Yoga
The teachers at Salt Lake Power Yoga are very intentional with every cue, demonstration, and adjustment they give. Their purposeful leadership creates an environment where transformation is possible—an environment where students can discover their fullest potential, both athletically and personally, without fear or inhibition.
In keeping with the teachings of Baron Baptiste, teachers guide students through a sequence of poses in 11 phases. They build internal heat through poses that ramp up circulation, and buoy this with the external heat of a 85- to 95-degree studio and fire-breathing dragon. The heightened temperature increases agility and detoxification, allowing students to move fluidly and purify their bodies. Although classes are rigorous, they're nonetheless suited for students of all ages and ability levels.
