You should offer a deeper discount as the limited services are entirely gone like food trucks and life guards. Please offer me a credit or a groupon discount. Thanks.

Groupon needs to specify [1] that Holidays use the "Weekend" schedule; [2] that the voucher is used to pick up tickets in advance. [3] Seastreak needs to fix speakers on the 2nd deck. Both TV sound and announcements were off, causing FIVE passengers to miss Sandy Hook, and debark at Highlands. [4] Told to WALK from Highlands to Sandy Hook, it took us over THREE hours to get to Gunnison. Instead, the Seastreak should have dropped us off on its way back, or offered other compensation. [5] Lastly, for a pleasant trip, screaming children should be disallowed (age limit), and/or quarantined when intruding on other passengers comfort.

Terribly misleading advertising of this groupon. This offer was only for the first shuttle of the day at 8:15 or 8:45 in the am. We showed up for the 11am ferry, and were told we had to pay the difference of an extra $20 to get on the 11am ferry (so we paid the full price anyways $25 for groupon + $20 at Seastreak = $45 full ticket price). Guys, fine print is precisely that, fine print! It is explicitly made to discourage the consumer from reading it because it is hard to find and hard to read. We were amongst several groups there experiencing this grief. I would like my $25 back from this groupon and for the merchant to clearly spell out in the title when this groupon is valid.

Arrive by 745 to pick up your paper boat ticket. Print outs and phone codes don't get you on the boat.

The groupon for the ferry to Sandyhook beach was only for the very early morning time, so keep that in mind. If you cannot wake up early and live too far away from those two piers for the ferry, you shouldn't consider buying this deal. But, it is a very good deal to get to Sandy hook and I loved the beach there!

Get to the ferry a bit early. A line builds up prior to departure.

You did not put in your fine print that this groupon could not be used with the 11 am trip. You gave a link to the Seastreak website which displayed 2 departure times. When I got there with my 11 year old son, and presented the group on, they charged me again. Will make sure to tell people NOT to use Groupon OR Seastreak. Both a trap. Was supposed to bring a group next week after we tried it, but will not. We put an announcement on our school group fb page not to use either, and that they claim to have fine print, but it is not clear, and the consumer will be charged more.

About Seastreak

Detours. Construction crews. An unwavering gridlock of honking horns. None of these affect the team at Seastreak. They ease work commutes and transportation woes by taking a different road: the water. Seastreak's captains have five high-speed ferries at their disposal, four of which can transport more than 500 passengers at a time. Multiple ships means multiple destinations, and the captains regularly go between Manhattan, New Jersey, Sandy Hook Bay, and Martha's Vineyard, among many other routes.

Each of the double-hulled catamarans has indoor and outdoor decks, which look out on panoramic views of the NYC skyline. The ships also go on formal sightseeing expeditions, cruising towards wonders such as the Hudson River's fall foliage, fireworks over the harbor, and buoys that look like rearing sea serpents if you squint.
