The cleanse consists of six detoxifying juices per day. Participants can visit the store once a day to pick up the juice or drink in the company of an expert who can elucidate the detoxification process.
On their first visit, participants start by drinking 16-ounce green juices such as the “Green Giant,” a combination of kale, cucumber, lemon, celery, and spinach. Then, in the afternoon, they drink 16-ounce sweet juices containing ingredients such as apples, beets, and carrots, which help cleanse and alkalize the body. Alternatively, participants can stop in once a day and pick up the day’s juice in mason jars ($2 per jar deposit not included with this Groupon). Throughout the duration of the cleanse, Silver Lake Juice Bar recommends that participants get ample rest and consume only water, herbal teas, and leafy greens with juice dressing.<p>
