The Fine Print

Expiration varies. Amount paid never expires. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift. Valid only for option purchased. All goods or services must be used by the same person. Children's classes valid only for students between 5-18 years old. Synchronized swimming classes start 6/2 or 7/29. Adult classes start 6/2 or 6/16. Choose Between Two Options

  • $55 for a 12-session youth synchronizing swimming class starting June 2 or July 29 ($110 value)

During 90-minute youth synchronized swimming classes, swimmers learn learn strokes, sculls, figures, and routines set to music. The June 2 session runs Monday–Thursday at 9 or 10:30 a.m. until June 19. The July 29 session runs Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 p.m. until September 4.

  • $14 for a 12-session adult "fun with fins" or adult aerobics course starting June 2 or June 16 ($25 value)

The adult "fun with fins" session meets Monday through Thursday at 6 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. from June 2–12 or June 16–26. The course features choreographed laps with fins, arm strokes, and other fitness moved catered to each swimmer's ability. The adult aerobics course, meanwhile, focuses on water exercises that build muscle, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Adult aerobics classes are offered Monday through Thursday from June 2–12 or June 16–26.

South West Aquatic Sports

In addition to organizing swimming lessons and aquatic fitness programs for both kids and adults, South West Aquatic Sports serves as the proud home for two aquatic teams of regional fame. The Green Hills Gators gives swimmers aged 4–18 a chance to race against other teams that belong to the Southern Arizona Aquatic Association, a league in which they became the champions in 2010. Showing poise and grace both above the surface and beneath it, the Tucson Sun Rays synchronized-swimming team is helmed by a University of Arizona Sports Hall of Fame synchronized swimmer, who introduces girls aged 6–18—as well as adults—to the challenging and competitive sport.
