Patrons can choose between two indoor/outdoor boot camps: the Spartan Race boot camp and the Positive Living boot camp. During the Spartan Race boot camp, trainers motivate patrons to hone endurance and strength through interval training ro decrease risk of injury and build muscle. Positive Living boot camps, on the other hand, focus on total-body fitness by incorporating yoga and balance exercises. Both camps at the center focus on creating a positive and comfortable platform for guests to receive the best training amidst challenging exercises.
