Welcome to the place where staying Fit is Fun, not a chore! Being fit doesn’t mean you have to spend 8 hours a day in a gym, and deprive yourself of yummy food. Taking care of yourself, both on the interior as well as the exterior, is the result of will and perseverance. Here at SS Fit Studio you will find the necessary support that can lead you to achieving your own fitness goals! How it works? If there is someone out there who can understand the struggles, I am your person! There will be no judgement and I welcome all fitness levels. No matter if you are just starting out or a regular exerciser, being in shape is for “every body”. Whether you prefer a group class setting or individual training, together we will create an individualized program based on your needs, abilities and goals.
