ddaughter did a meet and greet with the dolphins. We enjoyed the dolphin show, saw the rays and sharks, visited the sea turtle and tortoises. Then we went into the aquarium to see the fish, sea anemones, octopus and rays.

Staff at Shipwreck Island were great, only downside is they don’t have enough tubes for the slides and lazy river. Once you got one you had to hold onto it and ride as much as you could. We went to Adventure landing at night and about 4 holes in to our mini golf game the lights went out. I told a staff member and eventually they got the lights back on; we used cell phones for light until they came back on, When I went to use the restroom an hour before closing, I was told the restroom was closed for cleaning and to come back in 15 minutes. Went to get sodas at concession, and the employee there was mopping and it took a while for him to stop and help us. Toward the end of the night it was evident that the staff was ready to go. It was 10 pm on a Friday and all the staff is young so I understand, but customer service could be improved for sure. Overall my family and I had a great time, we didn’t sweat the small stuff.
Everything was setup to make it easy to get in and be ready for the tour and tasting. Pete guided us through it all himself and answered tons of questions along the way. The entire staff was upbeat and friendly. We’ll be back.
