- $53 for four weeks of unlimited boot-camp classes ($150 value)
During the four weeks of unlimited boot-camp classes at Strive to Be Fit LLC, you might be asked to heave a medicine ball. Although modern medicine balls often deviate in color or material from their leather-clad precursors, the concept underlying them—a weighted ball used for exercise—has proven all but immortal. Fitness centers and sports-rehabilitation clinics across America use medicine balls in an infinite variety of exercises, strengthening cores, chests, arms, and legs while boosting coordination and flexibility.

A Chat with Strive to Be Fit LLC
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Each individual that comes to work out with us learns why and how we are building muscle and losing weight. This is part of our creating overall fitness motto; you will also learn how to implement your lifestyle change according to the plan that is given to you.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I get to know the people who come work out; this is important to me. In order to push each individual, you have to learn what drives them, whether you like to be yelled at or just like the trainer to work out with you.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration began at an early age. When I was 14, I broke my femur in my left leg, and I had to go through months of physical therapy to learn how to walk, run, and jump again. Meeting people through therapy really inspired me to want to help people on an everyday basis—people who need a push daily!
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the smiling faces when we are getting closer to a goal or have reached a goal. I love seeing the determination to achieve something greater, to better ourselves!
