Summit CrossFit

At Summit CrossFit, the house rules are probably a bit different than what you'd see at a standard gym. They call for all exercisers to check their egos at the door. With no pretension or mid-workout autograph signings to bog it down, it essentially has created a community of like-minded exercisers. When everyone is an active participant, they collectively battle group sessions. They can grunt through squats, presses, dead lifts, and other functional movements, all of which get incorporated into CrossFit's intense workouts of the day.
